Throughout the week I tried to capture a variety of moments; a mix of the mundane and exciting. The diversity of settings I captured includes a variety of lighting and I enjoyed playing around with the composition of each photo.
At first I thought it made the most sense to tell the story in the chronological order of the photos but as the week went by, a different order started to take shape. As it stands now, my photo essay works to tell both the story of a single day and that of my week as a whole. It begins with coffee (as all great things do) and then introduces our protagonist. In the third shot, we meet our supporting cast (my housemate) and after school we begin our adventures, visiting the beach, the park, and San Francisco. Finally after a yummy dinner, we drive back home as the sun sets.
